This morning I went on a ten mile loop up up the Springwater Trail and I hardly need to go on the road at all. It's a great route along a cycle path that takes me along the river to Downtown Portland and then over two bridges. My favourite part is where it goes up and down with lots of tight corners, a bit like a race track. It's such a great ride, even in the pouring rain!! Sorry about the terrible photos I only had my iPhone on me.
